How to complete
Send a friend who has never trained at TRAIN Moment to sign up for the 2-week trial.
Proof required
Enter your friend's full name and the date of their first session in the submission form — no photo required.
The referred friend must be a new client. Submit once per friend. Each referral earns 5 entries — refer as many friends as you want.
How to complete
Use the TRAIN Moment Tracking App to manually log the exercises from your sessions. Log at least 12 sessions in the app over the 6-week challenge period.

Available session types: TM LIFT Monday, Two-minute Tuesday, TM LIFT Wednesday, Drop-set Thursday, Friday FIFTIES, Single-sided Saturday, TEMPO Sunday.
How to complete
Hit a personal record on any lift during the challenge period.
Proof required
Photo of the achievement — loaded bar, whiteboard, app screenshot, etc. Log the lift name and weight.
Any lift counts: barbell, dumbbell, bodyweight, or machine. Submit each PR separately for an additional entry.
How to complete
Choose your weekly session target at signup (2x, 3x, or 4x+ per week) and hit that average across all 6 weeks of the challenge.
Proof required
Automatically tracked via the TRAIN Moment App — no manual submission needed. Your class check-ins are recorded automatically.
Your goal is based on your total check-ins averaged across the 6-week period, not a strict weekly streak. 2x/week = 12 total sessions; 3x = 18; 4x+ = 24.
How to complete
Post to Instagram with #trainmoment and tag @trainmoment. Your account must be public at the time of submission.

Feed posts earn +3 entries. Stories earn +1 entry. Do both for a combined +4 entries. Submit each separately.

How do raffle entries work?
Each category earns raffle entries: Google Review (+2), Progress Tracker (+1 per session logged, minimum 12 to qualify), Attendance Goal (+2), Social Media Feed Post (+3), Social Media Story (+1), Strength PR (+1 per PR), and Refer a Friend (+5 per referral). Entries stack — the more you do, the better your odds. There's no cap.
Can I submit the same category more than once?
Yes — for Google Review, Strength PR, and Referrals, each additional submission earns more entries. For example, referring 3 friends earns 15 entries total. Sessions and Attendance are automatically tracked and count once.
What do I win?
One winner receives 6 months of unlimited free training at any TRAIN Moment location. The draw takes place after the challenge ends on August 2, 2026. Winners will be notified by email.
What if I complete all 6 categories?
Completing at least one submission in all 6 categories earns you an exclusive TRAIN Moment t-shirt, on top of your raffle entries.
What's the difference between Progress Tracker and Attendance Goal?
They are two separate systems. The Progress Tracker requires you to manually log your exercises in the TRAIN Moment Tracking App — completing 12+ logs earns 2 entries. The Attendance Goal is tracked automatically via the TRAIN Moment App based on your actual class check-ins — no manual submission needed.
How is the Attendance Goal calculated?
Your attendance is tracked via the TRAIN Moment App and averaged across all 6 weeks of the challenge. It's not a strict week-by-week streak — so if you have a slow week, you can make it up later.
Is there a limit to how many people can enter?
No. Any current TRAIN Moment member can participate.
Can I change my attendance tier after signing up?
Not currently — choose wisely at signup. If you need to change it, reach out to your studio staff.
Does my Instagram account need to be public?
Yes, your account must be public at the time of submission so that the post or story can be verified.
When does the challenge run?
Summer Six runs from June 22, 2026 through August 2, 2026 — 6 weeks total. All submissions must be made before the end date.
